Travel Charges

Incall Appointment Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed with one of our escorts we expect the client to arrive at the agreed time. Should you be running late, we strongly suggest that you contact our reception at the earliest possible convenience, so that we can notify the escort. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for the incall appointment, the escort will cancel the booking and will be eligible to accept any other alternative appointments.
In the case that a client does not show for an arranged appointment or cancels within 4 hours of the appointment commencing, the client’s contact number will be blocked and the client will be permanently banned from using our services in the future.
Outcall Appointment Cancellations
Should you need to cancel an outcall appointment, please contact our reception so that we can notify the escort as early as possible. If a client either cancels the appointment as the escort is travelling to the location or fails to turn up for the appointment, the client will be permanently banned from using our agency’s services in the future.
Client Screening
All new clients must be screened by our staff to guarantee the safety and security of escorts. New clients cannot book an appointment via text message and are required to call our reception for screening and to subsequently book an appointment. Once a client has successfully booked an appointment, they are welcome to book future appointments conveniently via email, text message or WhatsApp.
General Enquiries
For general enquiries about appointments, we recommend that you call our reception rather than email us to ensure you receive a prompt response. However, we do aim to answer text / WhatsApp messages and emails within 30 minutes of receiving them.
We do adopt a three-enquiry rule which means that if a client does not book an appointment after making three separate enquiries, the client’s contact number will be blocked and permanently banned. This method is only in place to assist our staff with filtering out frivolous enquiries.
