For hotel visits, we require your full name, a contact telephone number, hotel address and your hotel booking reference. We will also need you to call Cardiff Desires with your hotel room number as soon as you have checked in. For home visits, we require your full name, address with postcode along with your landline number (Landline numbers are kept strictly confidential). We will never contact you on your landline telephone number unless requested to do so and we destroy all of our clients details after a booking. It is important that you provide truthful and correct details as if we are unable to successfully complete our security checks we will be unable to confirm any booking.
